These terms describe the current early-stage use of Studiola. They are a working product document and should be reviewed before automated sales or general commercial availability begins.
Using the service
You are responsible for your account and for ensuring that the material you upload or generate can be lawfully used. Do not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, publicity, platform, or other applicable rights.
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, consume resources fraudulently, probe other accounts, or use the product for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
AI-generated output
AI output may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, unexpected similarities, or product differences. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing, advertising, selling, or relying on them.
Studiola does not guarantee garment fit, body measurements, product accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a specific commercial channel. Generated try-on content is not a sizing or tailoring simulation.
Credits and early access
Credits represent access to generation workflows and may vary in cost by model. Payment automation is not currently active. Any manually activated package, refund, or credit adjustment should be confirmed directly with Studiola before use.
Changes and account access
The product, models, credit costs, limits, and these terms may change as Studiola develops. Access may be limited or suspended when necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or compliance.
