Terms of Use

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for ensuring that uploads and intended uses of generated images respect copyright, privacy, publicity and other applicable rights.

For images of identifiable people, obtain permission and any consent required for AI processing and the intended publication or commercial use. Having a copy of a photo does not necessarily give you these rights. You authorize Studiola and its service providers to process that material for the features you request.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation or infringement of another person’s rights. Face swapping, deepfake images or videos, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. Pornographic or sexually explicit content and any sexual exploitation of minors are prohibited.

Do not bypass access controls, probe other accounts, disrupt the service or consume resources fraudulently. Report a rights violation or abusive image to support with its reference and an explanation. We may restrict content or access while investigating a report or responding to misuse.

AI output may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, unexpected similarities or product differences. Review images before publishing, advertising, selling or relying on them. Generated try-on content is not a sizing or tailoring simulation.

Studiola does not guarantee garment fit, body measurements, product accuracy, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular commercial channel. The ability to generate an image does not establish exclusive rights in it or permission to use a person’s likeness.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled or their maximum 10-year term ends. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Payments are collected one month at a time; the term does not require an upfront payment for 10 years.

Lite includes 10 credits for $9.99, Starter 30 for $24.99, Pro 75 for $49.99 and Business 200 for $99.99 per month. These prices are in USD and include applicable sales taxes. Checkout shows the selected plan, recurring total, tax breakdown and payment terms before purchase.

Credits are added after each successful monthly payment. Failed or pending payments do not add credits. Credits represent generation attempts, not guaranteed publishable images. The required credits are shown before generation and vary by option. Image counts in the plan comparison are alternative uses of the same allowance, not separate allowances.

Unused credits roll over and remain available after cancellation. Manual or promotional balances are preserved. Credits cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash. A confirmed failed generation restores the credits charged for that attempt once.

Use Billing in your account to view payment history and open the Dodo Payments customer portal for invoices, payment details and cancellation. Review the effective cancellation date when confirming cancellation. Canceling future renewals does not automatically refund earlier payments.

Contact support for plan changes or billing issues; do not purchase a second subscription to change an existing plan. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy, the applicable Dodo Payments buyer terms and any mandatory consumer rights.

Features, generation options, credit costs and these terms may change. Access may be limited when necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal requirements. Material changes and changes to recurring charges are subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
